I was looking for a place to give me a perm and Vinia was one of the few that does it in Georgetown. She did a wonderful job! It's definitely the best perm I've ever had over the years. You can tell she's been doing hair for years.
Vinia got me a last minute appointment for haircut, low lights and highlights. I have thick shoulder length hair and usually takes 2-3 hours. She transformed my hair in under 2 hours and looks incredible!! Plus wash cut and styled.
Vinia was the best! She accepts walk ins, so friendly. GREAT prices. She fixed a cheap hair cut that I had gotten from Walmart, lightened up my hair the way I wanted still giving me a natural look. She is so sweet and holds good conversation.
